The thesis deals with the analysis of the current financial situation of the selected company with the proposal of the possibility of future financing. The first part of the thesis is devoted to defining the basic terminology and theoretical approaches of individual financial analyzes. In the second part which is practical, the acquired theoretical knowledge is applied. Brief description of the company and focuses on a detailed financial analysis of the company using selected analytical methods. At the end of the work, the current financial health of the company is evaluated and the possibility of future financing of the company is suggested.

The Master Thesis focuses on an investment project’s economic effectiveness and stability of financing. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are basic ideas on investment projects explained and further the thesis deals with project lifecycle phases, cash flow predictions, methods of investment economic evaluation, factors that influence investment decision making and sources of project’s financing. In the practical part there are these theoretical findings applied on a real investment project and by analyzing it is searching for a recommendation for a project realization.

This master´s thesis concerns with evaluation of financial situation of the company by means of financial analysis of its accounts and tries to propose alteration in capital structure of the company. This thesis contains theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part concerns explanation of basic ideas and methods of financial analysis and sources of company financing, analytical part evaluate the financial situation of the company in last five years. End of this thesis indicate potential improvement of the financial situation through change in capital structure.

In my study for the Master´s thesis "Corporate Financial Strategy " I expain terms, such as enterprise financing and its structure, long and short-term financing, external, internal and alternative financing optimum financial structure and its costs.This all I applicated in the study where try to asses the fianancial structura and financing of real company. I analyse the ways how to secure the company´s liquidity and solvency, financial equilibrium and healt by means of the financial analysis of the activity and results of the company.

Analysis of the development project for the construction of an administrative building in Brno

The aim of this diploma thesis is determine feasibility and profitability of property development project at particular lands in Brno. Solution of problem includes both, the legislative part that determines possibility lands focused on change of territorial plan and the financial part that estimates costs and revenues in project balance and potencial profits for investor, if project will be realized. Main result of this diploma thesis is to answer the question, if property development project should be realized at particular lands in question and estimate future value of lands and project. Diploma thesis \uv{Analysis of the development project for the construction of an administrative building in Brno} is useful for everyone, who needs estimate potential of a land for profit from realization of property development project.

This master thesis deals with evaluation of the company TSS, spol. s r.o. (Ltd.) Třebechovice pod Orebem using earning based methods. The theoretical part contains theoretical foundations and procedures used for company evaluation. The practical part consists of strategic analysis, financial analysis, SWOT analysis, financial plan construction and final calculation of company value via DCF entity and EVA methods. The result of the thesis is the ekvity value of TSS company.

My master`s thesis called Financing corporate activities concerns about the evaluation finance health of the company using tools of financial analysis. The master`s thesis contains theoretical, analytical and proposal part. Object of my theoretical part is financial analysis description and methods and also financing forms of the company. In analytical part I am applying theoretical knowledge to the particular company. Thesis conclusion points on possibilities of the company situation improvement and future development.
